feat: pass source=agents baggage in trace context headers

Pass extra_baggage=["source=agents"] to build_trace_context_headers()
now that uipath-platform is framework-agnostic and no longer hardcodes
this value. Bump uipath-platform dep to >=0.1.45, version to 0.10.12.
