Add uipath new Command for MCP Server Generation

Overview

This PR introduces a new CLI command uipath new that generates a fully functional MCP server.

Features

CLI Enhancements

• Added cli_new.py with docstrings for all functions
• Implemented template-based file generation system
• Added clean directory functionality to prepare for new server files (to avoid https://uipath.github.io/uipath-python/FAQ/#frequently-asked-questions-faq)
• Included user-friendly console output with setup instructions

Server Template Features

The generated server template includes:

1. Basic Arithmetic Operations

   • Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
   • Power and root calculations
   • Complex number operations

2. Advanced Mathematical Functions

   • Trigonometric functions (sin, cos, tan)
   • Logarithmic functions (natural, base-10, custom base)
   • Quadratic equation solver

3. Statistical Operations

   • Mean, median calculations
   • Standard deviation (sample and population)
   • Complex number arithmetic

4. Utility Functions

   • Temperature unit conversion
   • Mathematical constants (π, e, φ, etc.)

Project Structure

Generated files include:

• server.py: Main server implementation with mathematical operations
• mcp.json: Server configuration with stdio transport
• pyproject.toml: Project metadata and dependencies
