I wanted to use the this library to augment the rail images in separate weather situation for performing robustness analysis on my trained model. However, it seems that using some augmentations like speed, rain, snow, etc. (except fog) is causing issue, where some random group of pixel in sky in image is showing extreme deviation from the original color.

PS: Don't worry about change in aspect ratio that is the deliberate.
