Enhancing the real look of snow augmentation. Experiment on this notebook.
Snows often have a crystal like appearance more than a flat appearance. Replaced the brightness_coefficient multiplication factor by a gaussian random numpy array of the same image shape to replace the mask condition with the random values between 225 to 255 which gave it a fairly realistic look.
