Reclaim memory

• Shrink unreasonably large buffers.
• Shrink packet sizes to - needs state_sync refactor.
• Verify how many buffers we need for bluetooth and their kinds.
• Review logger.c - stack allocations... ...in order to allow cutting down thread stacks
• Review stack sizes and threads. ~10kb
• Dynamic CurrentKeymap - modules slots are largely unused. ~15kb
• Use single UserConfig buffer. 32kb
