- Multi-stage Dockerfile (gcc:15 builder, python:3.11-slim runtime) - Static linking with COMPILE_NATIVE=OFF for portable binaries - plotly_app.py: configurable host/port/debug via env vars - Fix uninitialised rep_free_servers_distro vector (segfault)
Add artifact root note, docker load expected output, quick check success criteria, docker wrapper for --help, Ctrl+C for web UI.
Rename artifact results directory from results/ to Results/ to match Docker container path. Update mounts, figure scripts, CI workflow. Clarify configs/ vs Inputs/ relationship in README.
