Ranges not displayed and selection not updated after skipping forward

Description:
After starting playback and skipping forward, the UI does not update correctly. The ranges for each recording are not shown in the scrub bar. The current recording is also not highlighted in the index, and the metadata panel does not update to reflect the recording being played.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Play the manifest

2. Select the index tab
3. Play
4. Skip forward
5. Ranges for each recording are not displayed in the scrub bar. Current recording is not highlighted in index pane. Metadata does not update with details of current recording

Expected behaviour:

• Navigation bar: Should display the range for each recording when Skip forward is used. The bar should highlight the full length of the current recording
• Metadata pane: Should update with current recording being played
• Index pane: Should highlight the recording being played
