chore(deps): bump tar and muhammara in /apps/backend

Removes [tar](https://github.com/isaacs/node-tar). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [muhammara](https://github.com/julianhille/Muhammarajs). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `tar`

Updates `muhammara` from 5.3.0 to 6.0.0
