Description
Show the sample ESI in the Review page of the Experiment Safety form to the User. This will enable the user to review the Sample ESI questionary during the review step
Motivation and Context
In the Experiment Safety Review page, only the title of the Samples are listed down and the submitted Sample Questionaries are missing for review.
