Description
This PR adds a new section to the index.md file in the documentation, specifically for the Diamond Light Source (DLS).
Motivation and Context
The change is required to provide updated information about the collaborators in the project. The DLS is a key collaborator that joined the team in 2025, and their details were missing in the documentation.
