Error with app.py

Running under Windows.

Gradio UI opens. I choose the first spongebob example image. Background is removed.
I click Generate.
The first SS Sampling gets to 25/25 and then errors out with "Connection errored out" and it exits to command line without any message.

Running on local URL:  http://0.0.0.0:7860

To create a public link, set `share=True` in `launch()`.

Any ideas? Or ways to debug what causes the crash?

Could you first try the minimal CLI example instead of the Gradio demo?

If the CLI example also exits at Sampling Structured Latent, the problem is most likely not caused by Gradio. That stage enters the SLAT sampler, which uses sparse CUDA ops (spconv) and FlashAttention/xFormers kernels, and it also has a higher VRAM peak than the sparse-structure stage. A native CUDA/kernel crash may terminate the Python process without a normal Python traceback, especially on unsupported environments.

We cannot reproduce this on our Linux setup, so I suspect this is caused by the Windows/CUDA extension environment or an out-of-memory/native CUDA crash during the SLAT stage.
