Remove bot temporary files from repository

These files were accidentally committed in PR #34 and should
not be part of the repository:
- .claude/ directory (bot skills)
- .pr-context.json (bot metadata)

These are temporary files used by aieng-bot-maintain during
automated fix attempts and should never be committed.
