I didnt take a good look at this tool but it looks to me like it is just a simple wrapper around the Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-File ETW provider. It is probably best to modify https://github.com/Velocidex/velociraptor/blob/master/artifacts/definitions/Windows/ETW/FileCreation.yaml to increase the keyword mask (the all parameter) Additionally it looks like this should be an event query because we need to wait to be able to see events. |
