The four core user journeys have functional E2E coverage (Playwright currently has 2 specs, no core journey covered).
Scope
Playwright specs, mocking external services where needed:
- Apply submission (persisted)
- Enroll → lesson → complete → certificate
- Store browse → cart → checkout handoff
- Certificate verify
