Tracking issue for the platform build. The coverage matrix below maps every spec surface and architecture invariant to the issues that cover it. An empty cell means generation is not done. Kept current as issues open and close. Current-state snapshot: BUILD-STATE.md in the repo.

Decisions log

• Write-through architecture approved (2026-06-12): Prisma/Neon is the system of record for operational data (applications, lesson completions, challenge attempts, placements, cohorts, pairings). J0dI3 receives the same events best-effort and keeps owning XP/streaks/coaching as derived intelligence. This adjusts persistence assumptions of j0di3: /challenges/[id]/coach Socratic walkthrough — wire help ladder before solution reveal #1086–j0di3: Gate Matches tab on JOB_MATCH_ENABLED flag (follow-up from #1080) #1095.
• Documented exception (2026-06-12): the /resume-translator pipeline calls AI providers directly via lib/ai-provider.ts (predates J0dI3, live traffic). Accepted as-is; recorded in BUILD-STATE.md.
