User Story

As a recruiter viewing a veteran's public profile
I want to see their projects with links and screenshots
So that I have something concrete to evaluate

Acceptance Criteria

• Render the veteran's projects as cards on the existing src/pages/p/[callsign].tsx page
• Each card: screenshot, title, summary, tech tags, repo + live links (safe rel/target)
• Respects the page's existing opt-in privacy model (only shows for public profiles)
• OG-friendly so LinkedIn/Slack previews render
• Empty state when a veteran has no projects yet

Technical Notes

• src/pages/p/[callsign].tsx already exists — extend it; do not create a parallel page
• Fetch consistent with the rest of that page's data loading
• Coordinate with j0di3: Public Badge of Grit at /p/[callsign] (unauthenticated, opt-in) #1092 (Badge of Grit), which owns the rest of this page's layout

Definition of Done

• Projects render on a public profile with no auth required
• Private/empty states handled; links safe
• typecheck / lint / test / build pass; reviewed and merged
