User Story

As a veteran starting my portfolio
I want to browse an opt-in directory of other veterans' portfolios
So that I have concrete inspiration for my own

Acceptance Criteria

• Opt-in directory page listing public, opted-in veteran portfolios
• Card grid linking to each /p/[callsign]
• Only profiles that explicitly opted into the gallery appear (separate flag from the public-profile opt-in)
• Pagination or load-more for scale

Technical Notes

• Reuse the showcase card from Story 4
• Add a distinct opt-in flag so public-profile != gallery-listed
• Explicitly post-MVP; must not block Stories 1–5

Definition of Done

• Gallery lists only opted-in profiles; links resolve
• typecheck / lint / test pass; reviewed and merged
