The Phase 02 Activities diff row referenced PTSD Toolkit and AEGIS, which are not products VWC has built. Replace with the actual shipped surface: this Next.js platform, VetsAI's MOS translator, the Hashflag VS Code theme, and the API List. Rename the diff label from products/aegis.md to products/shipped.md to match.
