Optic cli deprecated

Unfortunately the optic "cli" package, which includes the "api" command was deprecated.
I wanted to add support for Teams/Zero Trust in wgcf (#56), but I can't get the old api generation system up and running because of deviating node dependencies.

Is there a known working configuration (npm package file etc.) for the dependencies?

In the future we should update the api generation to use the new version of optic.

I fully agree, I am planning to update the code generation next time I get some time, hopefully this weekend.
