💡 What: Implemented route-based code splitting using React.lazy and Suspense.
🎯 Why: To reduce the initial bundle size and improve load times (FCP/LCP) by only loading the code required for the current route.
📊 Impact: Initial JS bundle size significantly reduced (verified via build output showing split chunks).
🔬 Measurement: Run npm run build to see the generated chunks for each page component.
