What is ViaBackwards Plus: Server Edition?

It's a version of ViaBackwards Plus made to be used on servers, which includes avoiding all client-side dependencies (for example Chime or Optifine CIT), while using as server-side functionality as possible.

Item Backport

When you install the custom mappings found on the mappings branch each item will get a custom model id, and with that the vanilla Minecraft client can change the look of the item, when assisted with this resource pack.

the version the item was added (without periods, and ignoring if it's experimental or not) + ViaBackwards identifier
