What: This pull request adds a Dockerfile to the ISBNet project repository along with the necessary documentation to guide users on how to build and run the project in a Docker container.
Why: Currently, the repository does not include a Dockerfile, which makes it difficult for me to set up the development environment, as a Windows user to explore this research work. By adding a Dockerfile, we ensure that users can easily build and run the project in a standardized containerized environment.
Changes:
Added Dockerfile to the root of the project.
Updated documentation with steps on how to build and use the Docker image.
