Overview
Switches the VirtoCommerce.Pages module entry in backend/packages.json from a PR-specific blob (..._3.1005.0-pr-17-aeab.zip) to the released artifact (..._3.1005.0.zip).

Also includes minor JSON formatting/whitespace cleanup (no functional impact).
