Overview
Pins the B2B Vue theme to the prerelease package built from vc-frontend PR 2296 (1a3c50b3), replacing the previous artifact tied to PR 2303 (cc2ddcdb).

Only theme/artifact.json changes: the blob URL for vc-theme-b2b-vue-2.50.0-pr-* is updated so this QA/deployment branch consumes the new frontend build.
