Overview
Updates theme/artifact.json so QA deployment pulls the vc-theme-b2b-vue prerelease package built from vc-frontend PR 2363 (2.53.0-pr-2363-6f43-6f435656) instead of the previous PR 2343 zip URL.

No application code changes—only the blob URL consumed by deploy-theme (via ARTIFACT_URL) when setting store theme parameters.
