Overview
Updates the B2B Vue theme artifact referenced in theme/artifact.json from the PR 2366 prerelease package to the PR 2369 build (vc-theme-b2b-vue-2.53.0-pr-2369-1cb6a667.zip), matching the automated bump from vc-frontend#2369.

Deploy workflows read this URL (e.g. deploy-theme.yml via jq) and push it into environment Helm parameters, so QA will pull the new theme zip on the next theme deploy—no application code changes in this repo.
