Overview
Updates theme/artifact.json so the theme ZIP URL targets a PR 2374 build (vc-theme-b2b-vue-2.53.0-pr-2374-bd79-bd79bab8.zip) instead of the previous 2.53.0-alpha.2409 prerelease package.

Deploy workflows read this URL and pass it to the cloud environment as the store theme parameter, so this only changes which frontend theme artifact gets deployed for the VCST dev environment tied to ticket VCST-5219.
