In the environment file we can specify from which branch to read configurations (and IPs). Currently we have dev and prod branches, but we can create different ones for various deployment scenarios. Prod configuration is same with the existing configurations, I used dev for my own local development purpose. |

Configs and vfb specific data files moved to this project (#26). Tried to make related docker images generic. Docker images retrieve this project (dev, prod or any other branch) at build time and utilizes config files.
