General

• should labels and short forms be mashed together still (VDRC_VT017419_LexAGAD_attP40_3 [VFB_00029487] )?

Term Info

• Why is it not obvious that it’s a type rather than an individual? Some kind of border? and text. On class it says “type” and on individual “instance”.
• Have a no image maybe on the carousel, when there really are no images where you may expect to find some? Say splits ex: FBco0002193 'VFB has no images for this [type]'
• Carousel default image should match current template if possible
• where is classification in term info?
• Should we show high level classes (redundant) like ‘expression pattern’ or ‘anatomical entity’ or ‘neuron. VFB_00029487
• Classification doesn't show anything
• Description read more/show less - the truncated text sometimes is long enough that it has a scroll bar. Don't think it should
• References - where is this now?

Queries

• For queries can we decide on whether always show, not show if no results, or explicitly say no results if there are none.
• List all available images query does not work, but it is there.
• Add all button? with a warning if too many + a filter if an issue. some kind of images.

Panels

• Collapsing term info should evenly expand the other panels

3D canvas

• default opacity needs to be lower

• off centre when first loaded and when changing orientation

• eye alignment odd

Layers

• Eye doesn't change on hide

I'm trying to keep this comprehensive. For issues that need more discussion they can be converted to sub-issues for easier tracking.
