Tachyon Suite Privacy Policy

1. About This Document

This is the umbrella privacy policy for all apps published by Virtualize LLC under the Tachyon suite. It describes the principles and commitments that apply across every app we publish.

Each app also has its own dedicated policy that covers its specific permissions, data flows, and third-party dependencies. The app-specific policy takes precedence over this document where there is any conflict.

3. Our Core Commitments — Across Every App

Regardless of which Tachyon app you use, the following commitments apply without exception:

  • We collect no personal data. Virtualize LLC receives zero information about you or how you use our apps.
  • No analytics or tracking. We do not use Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Sentry, Crashlytics, or any equivalent service.
  • No advertising. We do not use ad networks, ad identifiers, or behavioural profiling.
  • No accounts required. You never need to create an account or provide an email address to use our apps.
  • Your data stays on your device (and on servers you explicitly configure, where applicable). Nothing reaches our servers.
  • No sale of data. We have never sold, and will never sell, personal information to any third party.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

No app in the Tachyon suite is directed at children under the age of 13, and none are designed or marketed for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because we collect no data at all, COPPA's requirements are satisfied by design.

5. European Union Users — GDPR

5.2 Legal Basis for Processing

We do not collect or process personal data on our servers. The GDPR's requirements regarding lawful basis, data minimisation, retention limits, and data subject rights are satisfied by our zero-collection architecture.

5.3 Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Because we hold no personal data about you, any such request is trivially satisfied — we have nothing to provide, correct, or delete. Contact support@fathomlabs.dev and we will confirm this in writing within 30 days.

5.4 Cross-Border Data Transfers

We do not transfer personal data across borders because we collect none.

6. California Residents — CCPA / CPRA

6.1 No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial or advertising purposes. We have not done so in the past 12 months.

6.2 Your Rights Under CCPA / CPRA

California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information is collected — we collect none
  • Delete personal information we hold — we hold none
  • Correct inaccurate personal information — we hold none
  • Opt-out of sale or sharing — there is nothing to opt out of
  • Non-discrimination — we do not discriminate based on privacy choices

7. Data Deletion

All data created by our apps is stored exclusively on your device. You can remove it entirely by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app. See the app-specific policy for details.

8. Changes to This Policy

Updates to this document will be committed to https://github.com/VirtualizeLLC/tachyon-privacy with the Effective Date updated at the top. The full revision history is visible in the repository's commit log.

For material changes, we will update in-app policy links and may post a notice in the relevant app's release notes.
