[Bug] select.disableDragSelect 与 frozenColCount 有冲突

Steps to Reproduce

1.创建一个ListTable

2.设置选项
const tableOptions = reactive({
frozenColCount: 1,
select: {
disableDragSelect: true,
}
});

3.填充数据

4.从非冻结格点击拖动鼠标移至冻结列,可以选择多个单元格

仅在官方示例上增加了以下选项
frozenColCount: 1,
select: { disableDragSelect: true },

鼠标从"3 persons"格拖往右边,无法选中多个单元格,但往左边冻结列拖,可以选中多格
