Summary

Add an x-api-integration specialist for X/Twitter API workflows.
Register it in the Specialized Domains category and plugin metadata.
Bump the domain plugin version from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3 per the contribution guide.

Validation

JSON validation passed for the category plugin manifest.
JSON validation passed for the marketplace manifest.
Diff check passed.
