Adds a read-only Codex subagent for auditing Claude Code -> Codex harness migrations before Codex edits code.
The target use case is migration validation: AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md scope, hooks, MCP config, skills, literal secret leakage, and validation notes for non-equivalent behavior.
