[Bug] Hotfix-added Neo V12 listed as vaulted, hotfix-vaulted Neo V11 still listed as unvaulted

Describe the bug

In Hotfix 43.0.2, Neo V11 was vaulted and Neo V12 was newly added. Relics.json currently lists the old relic as unvaulted and the new relic as vaulted.

What happened?

In Hotfix 43.0.2, Neo V11 was vaulted and Neo V12 was newly added.

/data/json/Relics.json currently incorrectly lists the old relic as unvaulted and the new relic as vaulted.

The official drop tables seem to be correct, with the new Neo V12 having listed drop locations and the old Neo V11 having none.

the releases yesterday were the first new builds since they updated the drop tables on June 25th. I'll check shortly (once everything has been able to update).

feel free to make one if you'd like. i'm pretty sure this is just because of the data eventually getting updated, not because of any sort of code change changing any of the data.
