🐛 Cannot log in using Safari in production

Describe the Bug

As in the title. Might be related to #408 .

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Using Safari:

• Go to https://ssid.comp.nus.edu.sg/login
• Enter correct login credentials for a user
• User redirected to landing page

Using Chrome (on both localhost and prod) or Safari on localhost:
When correct credentials are entered, the user is logged in and redirected to Home page.

Expected Behavior

When correct credentials are entered, the user is logged in and redirected to Home page.
