GradingTool Grade-by-group: hide branches the workgroup didn't visit

We don't need to show branches that students didn't get branched to. Either hide it from view, or gray it out and mark it with something like "this workgroup did not get branched down this path".

I think I prefer hiding the path so it's less scrolling for the teacher.
