Lock Screen skip controls not available if first playback is archive

1. Force-close the app if it's already open and re-launch
2. Go to the archives and start playing an archived show
3. See that the lock screen jump forward/back buttons, pause, and seek with scrubber are not available

If you play the live stream before playing an archive, then these controls do show up for the archive playback.
