Add codespace to facilitate updating website?

We could consider adding a GitHub codespace to the website repository to make it easier to update. Potential advantages:

• contributors all working in the same environment, no need to set up locally
• presenters may be able to add content directly

Possibly the second point is a bit optimistic - filling in a template seems a more reasonable ask than diving in to a website repo. But it may make it easier for committee members to add content at least.
