FIX: playwright video recording only captures one tab, not all tabs in browser

Environment

• agentic-config: v0.1.16

Steps to Reproduce

Ask to run any flow on /test_e2e that requires opening different tabs.

Expected Behavior

playwright video recording captures all tabs in a browser session

Actual Behavior

playwright video recording captures only the first tab in a browser session
