Hi, thanks for your reports! Currently, wayfire-plugins-extra is in a testing phase, before pushing the commits to fix the plugins this round. If you would like to help test, the branch that should build is ai-is-so-cool. There is a pending pull request, see #338. If you could activate each plugin and report back, this would help push things along.

I have reinstalled latest git version of wayfire and wayfire-plugins-extra with the patch #338
Now it can compile fine, but the the plugin doesn't load.

Which plugin are you trying to load? I don't see any from wayfire-plugins-extra failing to load, in that log.

I guest only "follow-focus" and your new plugin "wf-gtk4-decorator"
But I noticed that follow-focus is working, but not wf-gtk4-decorator

wf-csd-deco provides wf-gtk4-decorator but it's a standalone repo, not part of wayfire-plugins-extra. You might want to update wf-csd-deco to latest and reinstall it.

Also for what it's worth, wf-gtk4-decorator requires gtk4-decorator plugin to be loaded for it to function.

Ok I see that plugins work, this is just wf-gtk4-decorator, I will comment there "wf-csd-deco" if I find anything.
