3.0 UI Refresh

I am proposing a UI refresh for WebThings Gateway 3.0, intended to be consistent with the upcoming desktop app.

Areas of focus so far:

• Responsive design with separate desktop and mobile modes
• New main menu design
• New user menu
• Persistent tile bar
• New Things view
• New Thing detail view

Early UI mockups here with comments enabled for feedback.

Please try the Candle Controller for some inspiration.

Running this script will install only the controller itself + some addons:

(run as a normal user)

Note that it will overwrite ~/webthings/gateway !
