Add WebberZone GitHub org website

- Accurate plugin listing sourced directly from github.com/WebberZone
- Only free/open-source plugins from the GitHub org (no paid/pro versions)
- Correctly shows star counts, fork counts, and GitHub repo links
- Hero, stats, plugin cards, about/founder section, GitHub CTA, footer
- Animated counters, scroll reveal, responsive layout
- Replaces Jekyll Cayman theme with custom HTML
