Is there a possibility you could implement an alert when clicking the delete redirect button, because the edit and delete buttons are so close together it's easy to misclick. An alert dialog asking for confirmation would prevent any unwanted deletion of redirects. This is implemented throughout Strapi, try deleting any other record and it wil ask you for confirmation.
