Wrong text direction from kmr

What caught my attention is this new issue

Kurmanji (Northern Kurdish) is written from left to right. But here as shown in the image it says rtl. I asked the project admins see here and they said it's ltr but why getting this if so?

That is coming from #2330. Perhaps https://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-scripts is not the best source here...
