Being error-free with vanilla Laravel

Are there plans to get an error-free analysis of vanilla Laravel (5.5/5.6)?

Currently with Laravel 5.5:

Not being a Laravel expert I think Eloquent Query Scopes are not supported. (mainly Dynamic ones)
