Latest Nebula update broke the docker.
[Steamworks.NET] SteamAPI_Init() failed.
Wich effectivly shutdowns the server before it's loaded
Edit solution :
Run the docker once, it'll download all the files
Download the Goldberg Steam emu files and put the linux folder and dll files in /game/DSPGAME_Data/Plugins
run the game with -nebula-server argument instead of -server
