Update CachyOS Kernel hook, implement KDE shortcuts, and global rebranding to KibaOS

- Improve CachyOS kernel hook in kiba.yml with fallback suffixes (-3, -2, -1)
- Remove explicit versioned libraries from PACKAGES list for Trixie resilience
- Implement standard KDE global shortcuts in /etc/skel/.config/kglobalshortcutsrc
- Perform global search and replace of "KibaTV" with "KibaOS" project-wide
- Update workflow naming and build script references to reflect KibaOS branding
- Validate YAML syntax and formatting for all updated workflows
