Add 45 automation and audit workflows#221

This commit introduces 45 new GitHub Action workflows designed to automate repository maintenance and enforce KibaOS design and security standards. Categories included: - Documentation and Branding Audits (ATX headings, docs prefix, etc.) - UX and UI Standards Audits (Zenity dimensions, font specifications, etc.) - Shell Script and Build Process Audits (Pacman exclusivity, pipefail, etc.) - GitHub Actions Security Audits (Sshpass security, command injection prevention, etc.) - Workflow Best Practices and Integrity Audits (Timeout enforcement, naming, etc.) All workflows have been validated for YAML syntax and formatting. I have implemented 45 new GitHub Action workflows to automate various repository tasks and audits.
