Add 45 useful automation workflows#225
Conversation
This commit introduces 45 functional GitHub Action workflows focused on repository hygiene, security audits, and code quality enforcement for Python, Shell, and Markdown files. Key additions include: - Strict shell script audits (pipefail, mktemp cleanup, local vars). - Python quality checks (mutable defaults, print statements, docstrings). - Documentation integrity (broken fragments, link spacing, alt text). - Repository hygiene (exec bits on configs, mixed indentation, no .pyc). - Workflow standards (timeouts, runner consistency, step ID format). The WORKFLOWS.md manual has been updated to reflect these new tools. Co-authored-by: christopherfoxjr <213370400+christopherfoxjr@users.noreply.github.com>
