This change modernizes the repository's package configurations at both the system and development levels.

Key changes:

  1. System Modernization: Updated build.sh to use the modern pipewire stack (pipewire, pipewire-pulse, pipewire-alsa, wireplumber) instead of legacy PulseAudio. Added dbus-broker as the default D-Bus daemon.
  2. Script Restoration: Fixed a major corruption in build.sh where terminal logs from a failed build were accidentally pasted into the middle of the script, potentially breaking the ISO creation process.
  3. Dependency Updates: Updated all JavaScript development dependencies in package.json to their latest versions and synchronized pnpm-lock.yaml.

All changes were verified using the repository's audit scripts (repo_audit.sh and check_workflows.py).
